Anyway, just thought I'd call, catch you up on what I've found out, see if you've learned anything, too. One wolf's out of the picture, which is pretty good; on the other hand, same number of killings this morning, which is pretty bad.

The attackees have said they've seen every mask color but green — which Alia was, so we don't need to worry about that, regardless. Some quote-unquote "tall" guy on red, orange, or pink attacked ... Alina, I think? Knife guy's still on the loose, plus someone who can go Animorphs mode or something.

Paul and Baela had roles, but obviously they've kicked the bucket this turn. I have a, uhhh, handful of other roles I'm aware of, but none that rule out any current suspects.

Alina, Nami, and Matt all made accusations last round, which isn't worth nothing. Alina landed on Louis, right? Nami accused Alexei (which got his boyfriend pretty riled up), Matt accused ... Pierce? But I happen to know he's barking up the wrong tree, there.

I think we have five wolves left and they get two shots each round. 6 landed hits last round, with one going back for Rhaenyra after Starkov made it out. 2/5 missed this round, 3/5 hit.

Money’s on Louis for the vampires, since everyone was pissing themselves rather than accuse him, but I can’t rule out Astarion. Blue mask and drained of blood still seems compelling, even if both our blue vampires are too gay to fuck Kamali first or whatever.

So our six are: Alia, Louis, tall guy (fuck me; also knife guy?), size 6 female, Wolf 5, Wolf 6

One of the unidentified wolves (including size 6 female) is our animorph / shapeshifter / monster (killing Grace, attacking Jamison — going back for someone else?).

the math checks out but it definitely doesn't look good. so we vote louis or astarion off the island, that'll be 2/6 wolves. then we, what, get the whole manor to agree to trying on a glass slipper? seems like we've also got someone who does this (killing) for a living, or at least as a really, REALLY serious hobby, which i think brings our little butler survey back into the picture.

the shapeshifting thing is tougher. no one's gonna wanna cough up to that, even if they're being compelled to kill.

didn't really feel like there was anything else in the report that was that useful; getting blood samples from the deceased isn't helping us at this point and getting them from the living is gonna be a chore.

also, can i just say something? [ never a good precursor ... ] why is everyone so fucking freaked out about going to jail? worst thing that happens is you staycation for a couple of weeks, best thing that happens is you stop being hypnotized or whatever into killing people. they're acting like it's getting sent to the hague. like, either people should be less precious about the jail sentence or we should start living up to their reactions and start enacting capital punishment.

Guess not everyone’s been kidnapped by their ex, imprisoned, and had their eggs harvested for his super progeny.

zoro (technically swords), shanks (also technically swords and a doctor, so cleared by his role), danny, david, tiffany ("stabbing"), jacaerys (swords; literally got murdered)

Laughlin and Starkov both say their guys had red, pink, or orange masks. Let’s cross-reference, same as I did for Alia.

that said, those asian kids just outed themselves as shapeshifters. seems more like a bit of a personal squabble than anything really material, but it's worth us keeping an eye on.

it's not just not hearing the murders. i tried to look through the walls, see if i could find the murder weapon, and all i could see were corpses, like we were in the fucking haunted mansion.

seems like good news about danny and david, though. if the dreams are on the money, that'll be at least 4/6 of the wolves out of commission.
